MBA:

The college launched the MBA course in the academic year 2006 – 2007 after getting the necessary permission and approval from the AICTE, the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh and the JNTU. Human resource management, Finance and Marketing management specializations in MBA are being offered. The management was very meticulous in selecting the staff. The staff members have an abiding interest in imparting knowledge to the students and motivating them to acquire more knowledge. Apart from this they are team players. The benefit of the synergy, for instance, is reflected in the fact that in the III semester (i.e., I batch students) the pass percentage was 95%! (i.e., 57out of
60 students).And in these 27 students secured distinctions while the remaining 30 students bagged first classes. The dept. wants to better the performance in the coming final IV semester. With the object of grooming the students to grab coveted posts in the corporate world the following inspiring lectures by eminent scholars were arranged:

“Human Resource Management Issues- Future Scenario” by Prof G.Srinivas Reddy, Ex Registrar, Kakatiya University.
“Corporate Liability and Human Rights” by Prof. Madabhushi Sridhar, NALSAR University.
“Shaping Human Personality” by K.Satyanarayana Retired Sr. General Manager (Personnel) Nizam Sugars
“Fiscal Policy” by Prof S.Indrakanth, Prof and Head of the Dept of Economics, Osmania University.
“W.T.O” By Prof Sai Haragopal, Prof. of Economics, Osmania University.
“Soft Skills” by Mr.Rajashekar of Svits

With this kind of milieu in which the students are learning the I batch students should be
able to register their entry into the corporate world as soon as they earn their MBA degree.
